About you
Kate"s yoga and fitness career stemmed from many years of gymnastics, soccer, competitive dance and figure skating, fueling her love for challenge, creativity and art within music and the body. She fell in love with how balance and strength yoga and group exercise has brought to her life for the past 15 years. Kate completed her 300-hour therapeutically oriented teacher training in May 2017 and currently teaches strength conditioning, cycling, yoga, Pilates, TRX, and dance fitness.
She looks forward to offering <strong>PWR!</strong><em>Moves</em> at the YMCA of WNC.
