I, Brianda Martinez, am an Exercise Specialist for a Continuing Care Retirement Community. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science cum Laude and currently pursuing my Master of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, Water Aerobics Instructor through WaterART, PWR!Moves Certified Instructor, American Heart Association BasicLife Support (CPR/AED), Struthers Parkinson"s Care Network Training. I have been in the exercise field for 3 years now. I have trained all populations, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing with various health needs.
