Corrective exercises and strength and fitness training for busy executives and active retirees is my focus, with a particular interest in training persons with Parkinson"s of any age (my wife has Parkinson"s). I have studied deeply in the martial arts (I hold a 4th-degree black belt in Shotokan karate) and meditation (having been taught by a Zen Buddhist priest), I have taught karate and meditation, and I continue to practice them myself. These and other life experiences infuse my belief that physical fitness, mental health, and self-awareness are essential elements of a good life--all of which are available to persons with Parkinson"s!
