I am an ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (CMES), PWR!Moves Certified Instructor, Mad Dog certified Spin instructor and a trained Parkinson’s Cycle Coach. I have 30+ years of experience working in the health care industry as an Occupational Therapist and I"m passionate about helping people achieve their full potential in life through physical activity.

I am also a PD support group leader and a Community Action Committee leader for Davis Phinney Foundation Healthy Parkinson’s Communities.

I provide personal training, PWR!Moves group classes and Parkinson’s Cycling classes. I also co- lead a PWR!Moves Boxing class.
