I have over 15 years experience working with senior populations and the Parkinson"s community in the Portland Metro Area. I enjoy building relationships with clients, and their families, in one-on-one and group settings so they can achieve their health and fitness goals.

I am a certified PWR! Moves instructor, certified Fall Proof Balance and Mobility Instructor, certified Parkinson’s disease Fitness Specialist, certified Alzheimer"s disease Fitness Specialist, lead various exercise and movement classes for individuals with Parkinson"s disease, and am certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine.
