FNP, BSN, BBA in Marketing, Yoga certified, Grow Yoga School, PT, Rock Steady Boxing Gym, volunteered, acquired level 1 boxing certification with Parkinson"s Patients. I have been a nurse for over 20 years, became a FNP 12 years ago, and have worked in multiple settings including Telehealth. I have developed a skill set of compassion, care, advocacy, and also seeing a need for collaboration of care for patients, specifically targeted to Parkinson"s patients. I am self-directed, cultivate trusting relationships with other healthcare providers and patients. My specific area is to develop and implement a single point of access care for all who have Parkinson disease, and anyone affected by Parkinson"s. There is a large gap in the location I live in how to access care once diagnosed with Parkinson disease, there is a lack of community and collaboration of care. I like to inform, help, encourage, have empathy, compassion, and want to implement my skills for the positive impact I can provide to Parkinson disease.

To provide one on one PWR!Moves classes to patients with PD. Education of Parkinson"s disease, and provide healthcare collaboration of care, to doctor referrals, P.T., O.T., Speech therapists, nutritionists, therapists, medications, to provide resources, make available new research, podcasts, apps, wellness screenings, health history screenings, intensity Level Self-Assessment, Physical assessments, the resources not available in our community, ultimately with a goal to provide a single point access community space for anyone specific-PD, to feel they are not alone, and well supported on their path.
