Rebecca Bliss, PT, DPT

A passion for helping others and love for movement led me to my career in physical therapy. Currently, I offer physical therapy services at Fyzical Therapy and Balance, an outpatient balance center. There, I enjoy specializing in the treatment of movement disorders with a focus on Parkinson"s Disease, in addition to working with a variety of patient presentations including post-concussive syndrome and lower extremity injuries. Above all else, I value the opportunity to work one on one with patients, getting to know them and helping them achieve individualized goals.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy combining my background in dance and clinical expertise to co-teach dance classes for individuals with Parkinson"s Disease with the NC Dance for Parkinson’s group in partnership with the Parkinson’s Movement Initiative and American Dance Festival. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, camping, and hiking with my family.
