Stephanie Palacios, PT, DPT, NCS

My interest in the medical field started in microbiology research. However, I soon realized that I wanted to help people hands-on. This led me to discover my passion for physical therapy. I enjoy working with individuals with orthopedic and neurological injuries to identify their personal obstacles and help them reach their functional goals. I often implement a combination of manual therapy, neuromuscular retraining, therapeutic pain neuroscience, and graded activity to cater to my patients’ needs. I believe that by promoting early intervention, education, and a thorough multi-disciplinary approach, we can help others to improve their quality of life. I am also certified in vestibular/concussion rehabilitation, SFMA, LSVT BIG for Parkinson"s, and functional dry needling. In my spare time, I enjoy Latin dancing, weight lifting, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
