Heather Whiteman, MPT

I graduated from Wayne State University Physical Therapy school in 1999. For 10 years, I did acute care and inpatient rehab and really saw the impact of PD and falls on patients. I have been practicing in outpatient neuro for almost 20 years and found a passion for working with individuals with PD. I have been certified in PWR!Moves 2014 and 2023, as well as other Parkinson-specific treatment interventions. PWR!Moves offer a wonderful variety of functional movements and patterns that it is enjoyable and fun to teach. I hope to help add to a better quality of life for our PD clients in the community.
