Kelley Puckett, PT, DPT

I graduated from the University of North Georgia"s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in May 2015. I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for 7 years, primarily working with the neurologic population. I became passionate about working with people with Parkinson"s in 2017 when I transitioned from an inpatient rehab setting to an outpatient and began working with people with Parkinson"s disease on a regular basis. In 2018, I became LSVT BIG certified and received my PWR!Moves certification in May of 2022. I currently work for Baylor Scott & White in the outpatient neurorehabilitation department in downtown Dallas, Texas. When I"m not helping patients, I enjoy taking my 9-year-old Shih Tzu Levi on walks, early morning workouts, trying out new coffee shops and brunch places around Dallas, and being actively involved in my local church.
