My name is Robin Taylor, and I am the Physical Therapist Assistant at Peninsula Physical Therapy. I am currently in charge of planning and running the Parkinson"s Dynamic Movement Classes that we offer in a group setting, or as a one on one, individual session. My classes are designed around the PWR!Moves, and are meant to work on your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, all while challenging you physically and cognitively, in a fun and supportive environment!
