Lori Sandidge, PT

My name is Lori Sandidge and I have worked as a Physical Therapist in Outpatient rehabilitation for 14 years, followed by school-based practice for 23 years, and presently as a casual PT in an acute care setting. I have always participated in fitness pastimes and remain active in strength and aerobic training. During my time in rehabilitation, I ran a program in conjunction with an Occupational Therapist titled "Fitness for All", which is a group program for people with disabilities encouraging aerobic and strength fitness. Having a mother with Parkinson"s has motivated my interest in fitness and rehabilitation for individuals with movement disorders.

The clinic that I work in offers; joint-specific treatment, orthopedics, stroke care, rehab pilates, custom exercise programs, balance retraining, gait preservation, functional movement systems/SMFA, and movement systems impairment assessment (MSI approach).
