Rachel Nielsen, PT, DPT, Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy

I have been a physical therapist for over 5 years and received my clinical specialty in neurologic physical therapy in 2018. I have primarily practiced in the outpatient physical therapy world however, I have a bit of experience in both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation. I currently live in Central Oregon with my partner and our two dogs. I truly love empowering patients to live more full and active lives and I hope to be a part of your journey!
