Melani Grieff, PT, DPT

Dr. Melani Grieff, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who has been practicing since 2016. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duke University. Melani is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy, allowing her to treat the older adult with various diagnoses and comorbidities. This, along with her passion for neurological physical therapy and spending 4 years at an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington DC treating a variety of diagnoses including patients with Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries, and Traumatic Brain Injuries, helps give her a unique perspective to develop an individualized treatment plan for each patient. Melani is a certified brain injury specialist, PWR! Moves certified, and specializes in balance training. Being a Virginia Beach native, she enjoys vacationing at the beach and spending time with her 2 dogs and husband.
