I am a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) licensed massage therapist for 30 years. I am also certified with American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Fitness Trainer for 20 Years. I have been working with people with Parkinson for 6 years. My office is located near Mission Bay. I have workout equipment in my office. For variety, I take my clients to scenic Mission Bay for outdoor workouts. I also do House Calls. I specialize in custom workouts with variety to keep the workout fun and interesting.  I am PWR!Moves and LSVT BIG Certified.
