I am a physical therapist who serves motivated and driven individuals with neurological conditions (Parkinson"s, stroke, brain injury etc.). I am the owner of Neubility Rehabilitation and Wellness, LLC. Neubility is a hybrid outpatient physical therapy practice. I can see patients both in home and in clinic depending on their goals.
I am a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy, a Stroke Rehab Specialist and a PWR! Certified Therapist.

In home and in clinic neurological rehab dependent on their goals.
I travel to patient"s home if their goals are to improve mobility around the home, caregiver training, home modification and preparation for community re-engagement.
I also patients in clinic/gym if their goals are to high intensity gait training, high level balance/coordination training and higher tasks related to participation in the community (going back to work, school, hobbies, shopping, etc.)
