About you
My name is Heidi Seasock. I have been a PT for 24 years and an outpatient neuro PT since 2007 with Lancaster General Health. In 2017 the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Neuroscience Institute was started. We are one of the only outpatient neuro clinics in Lancaster County. We have a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, including PT, OT, SLP and case management. We also have a movement disorder neurologist and neuropsychologists on site. I treat patients with neurologic diagnoses including PD; concussion; dizziness and balance problems. My specialty within neuro is treating patients with PD. Typically, my caseload is 50-75% of clients with PD. I am very excited to be a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist and look forward to helping you!
