Hello! My name is Tara Soudant, I am a registered and licensed occupational therapist living and working in San Francisco, CA. Currently, working primarily in private home health, with a per diem at UCSF Medical Center, where I previously worked for 8 years. My skills are varied, however, my specialties include working with those following spine surgery, orthopedic surgery, chronic critically ill, and neuro-based diagnosis (Parkinson"s, stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc). My passion is to help people maintain a meaningful lifestyle with a holistic and patient-centered focus.
