I have been an Occupational therapist since 1992. I specialize in Neurological Rehabilitation treating people who have had strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other neurological deficits such as Parkinson’s, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I have advanced training in assessing and treating upper extremity motor coordination, and visual and cognitive deficits as well as having experience in adaptive equipment training, splint fabrication, and wheelchair/seating. As of the beginning of Jan 2019 I"ve been working as a Rehab Services supervisor at an outpatient clinic setting.

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, I worked in acute care, inpatient/outpatient rehab, and home settings at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, UCSF Medical Center, Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, and Rehab without Walls (Community based home therapy.)

Other advanced Credentials include:
-Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) certification for Adults
-Dysphagia (swallowing) competency
-Neuro-INFRAH Advanced upper extremity and fine motor therapy
