Pamela Singh, PT

Pamela Singh graduated with a BSc PT in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 1994. She has almost 30 years of experience working in a wide variety of settings with various different patient populations to provide exceptional clinical evaluation and treatment to improve quality of life. She has been working at Sharp Grossmont Hospital since 1999 and is currently working in the Outpatient Neurological Physical Therapy department as a Parkinson’s Disease specialist. She has been certified as a PWR Moves therapist since 2014. She is cerfied in LSVT BIG and has completed Parkinson’s Foundation Allied Team Training and Parkinson’s Foundation Advanced Team Training (Cognition). She was awarded a 2023 Parkinson's Foundation Community Grant to help provide specialized Parkinson's education and treatment to newly diagnosed people with Parkinson's living in east county San Diego.
