About you
I am an Exercise Specialist based in Greenwich, London UK. I have worked in the UK health and fitness space for over 35 years and I now teach exercise exclusively to older adults and people living with Parkinson's. I work with the local Parkinson's group to help develop a network of community support and I teach weekly exercise classes, with an emphasis on function and fun.
In 2023 I was invited to attend the PWR! Retreat in Arizona as a volunteer instructor. I had the privilege to work with and learn from the amazing participants and PWR!Moves teaching team.
I enjoy being a new grandmother and spending time with friends, family and Monty the dog. I love to dance whenever I get the chance!

I currently teach group exercise classes including Parkinson's Wellness Moves, Urban Pole Walking and adapted Tai chi. I am qualified to teach indoor rowing, Pilates ,Yoga and I can tailor programmes to meet the needs and preferences of clients.
