Courtney Perkins

Courtney Perkins is a certified PWR!Moves therapist, specializing in Parkinson’s Disease, and holds credentials as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and a Certified Vestibular and Concussion Provider through the American Institute of Balance. She focuses on helping individuals with dizziness and concussion-related challenges. As the Lead Therapist for Carilion Clinic’s inpatient and outpatient brain injury physical therapy program, Courtney played a key role in both patient care and research, serving as a primary investigator on High Intensity Gait Training for brain injury recovery. Committed to her community, Courtney founded and lead Head Strong, a support group that provided education and support for stroke, brain injury, and brain tumor survivors. She currently owns Neuro Outlook, LLC, and is a cofounder of Neuro Rehab Colab, a mobile therapy practice offering intensive neuro rehabilitation with a collaborative team-based approach in the outpatient setting.
