Hello, I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and have been working with the Parkinson's population for 5 years now. I have a passion for making those Parkinson's disease feel better in their bodies through exercise. I enjoy educating clients and helping them grow in their own confidence and abilities.

Evergreen Commons offers 12 classes weekly to help individuals move better through daily activities and decrease the amount and severity of Parkinson's disease symptoms. Classes vary between cycling, chair assisted, vocal, fine-motor activities, and more. Evergreen Commons also offers one-on-one personal training as well as small group training for those seeking a more personalized approach.
