Brooke Mason, MS

I graduated in May 2021 with a Masters of Science in Physiological Sciences from the University of Arizona. There, I worked/am currently working in a Sleep and Health Research Lab, focusing on circadian rhythms and sleep health. I am also working towards a NASM-Certification in Personal Training and will be attending Central Michigan University as a Student Physical Therapist May 2022. I have recently obtained a PWR!Moves Instructor Certification and have been volunteering at the PWR! Gym in Tucson since 2020. I am incredibly excited to join the PWR!Moves Network!!
