I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, teaching multiple styles, but I feel more comfortable teaching gentle flows. I am also certified to teach Somatic Movement and Trauma-informed Yoga.
I teach my students with compassion, guiding them through their own yoga journey, respecting their bodies and learning to always be kind with themselves.
I recently started to teach my first Parkinson Disease classes at the YMCA and apart from the PWR! moves, I love to incorporate some yoga asanas and breathe work, making my classes the perfect balance between ease and effort.
