Jake Raecker, PT, DPT

Jake Raecker, PT, DPT received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University, St. Louis Program in Physical Therapy in 2020 and completed a residency in geriatric physical therapy through Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in 2021. In his current role, he provides physical therapy services across the entire continuum of care in both inpatient and outpatient settings focusing exclusively on geriatric patients and participates in structured mentor sessions and course content with expert clinicians. Jake is pursuing Geriatric Clinical Specialization as he is passionate about this population and wishes to provide the highest quality patient-centered treatment in an educational, research-backed, and efficient manner for the geriatric population. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and enjoys integrating strength & conditioning concepts with older adults.
