Hello, my name is Jeff Alves. I am have been a licensed Physical Therapist since 1990. I am passionate about helping people in my community remain active at an optimum level and live independently on their own terms. For many years I have helped athletes on all levels of the spectrum & this has been very rewarding. As I continue in my practice, I have become more aware of the need to assist my fellow members of society in maintaining our fitness and independence as we age.

I am excited to be a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist and I look forward to helping you achieve your movement-related goals. I am in the process of developing PWR!Moves group exercise classes to debut in 2020!
