Kaitlin Smith Haring, CPT

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University with a Minor in Nutrition Science. I became a Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor in 2008 and have a love for working with people with Parkinson"s Disease. My Mom, a retired Physical Education Teacher, and Certified Personal Trainer started a Parkinson's Class at the local Recreation Center because of a patron requesting classes for his wife who had Parkinson's. We've taken it upon ourselves to become PWR! Moves Certified Instructors, and diving a little deeper into becoming more specialized within this disease and hope we can continue to offer classes and support to people with Parkinson's Disease.
