My passions are inspiring change and being of service. As a physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor, I get to do this on a daily basis. Meeting clients where they are and empowering them to regain control of their livelihoods is my main goal. I began as a physical therapist in inpatient rehab, where the majority of my clientele was older adults with neurologic conditions. I have transitioned to outpatient therapy where I utilize my knowledge of Pilates to further contribute to the health and healing of my clients, and still have a great love for clients with PD and all types of neurologic conditions.
