I have been working with people with Parkinson's disease since 2010 and learning more and more ever since. I started the Parkinson's Warriors exercise classes in 2018 when a group of PWP approached me and asked if I would teach boxing for Parkinson's. I replied, "But I know nothing about boxing! OK, I'll go and learn" which I did and we started our first class April 2018. We now have over 60 Warriors and on September 3, 2024, we opened the first Parkinson's dedicated facility in Lane County. We also started the Oregon Parkinson's Warriors Foundation a 501(c)(3) non profit, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with Parkinson's Disease through comprehensive exercise programs and wellness support.

I have been a personal trainer since 2010. I specialize in working with individuals with a wide range of physical challenges, including those living with physical disabilities, including blindness or limb loss or those new to exercising. My approach is inclusive, adaptive, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs and abilities.

Parkinson's group exercise classes which include PWRMoves!, boxing, strength, flexibility, gait work, voice work and cognitive challenges.
We teach two levels:
The Level 1-2 Parkinson's Warriors class is for those independently mobile
The Level 3-4 Warriors Foundation is for those needing more assistance
