I attended Grand Valley State University graduating in 2005 with a degree in Movement Science. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, a Certified Matter of Balance Coach, a Certified Posture Specialist through the National Posture Institute, Schwinn Cycling, Yoga and Pilates certified, A Cancer Exercise Specialist Advanced Qualification through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute, certified in Meditation and Certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.
