Patrick Novak, PT, MS

I have 30+ years of experience as a physical therapist working in Neurological rehabilitation with adults and children. A great percentage of my experience and continuing education has been focused on conditions in our aging population and more specifically clients with Balance Disorders and Parkinson’s Disease. I have worked in inpatient rehabilitation, home health and have recently returned to my roots working in the outpatient setting for a large 830 bed Community Hospital in Sarasota, FL which has been my home since 1992.

I work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of PT, OT, and Speech that is part of a large Community-Based Hospital in their state of the art outpatient rehabilitation center
