Sarah Risner, PT, DPT

Sarah Risner, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist focused on neurological issues with a special interest in working with persons with Parkinson’s Disease and Parkinsonisms. She also has research experience with other movement disorders including ALS and functional neurologic disorders.

With a patient-first focus, she seeks to challenge her patients but meet them where they are. She takes time to understand what is most important to her patients and to find engaging and creative ways to implement goals that reflect who her patients are and want to become. She believes that therapy can be and should be fun!

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys hiking, traveling, reading poetry and running with her husband and friends.
