Shelbi Strube, PT, EP

Shelbi has her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a certificate in Exercise Physiology. She has worked as a personal trainer for 2 years with people of all ages ranging from 13 to 85.  She is a former collegiate athlete and has a strong passion for people, health and fitness. She is happily married and has a German Shepherd who she loves to hangout with often. Shelbi was also a former Youth Pastor for a year in Winston-Salem, NC and has a real passion for Jesus. She looks forward to meeting with you and changing your life for the better!

I train individuals with PD 1 on 1 and I am starting a class in the community I train in for PD as well as a class in the Green Valley area for people of all levels with PD.
