Susan Thomas PT, DPT

Susan is a Parkinson"s Physical Therapist. She graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with her Bachelors in Physical Therapy in 2000 and became a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013. She has worked in many settings including an out patient rehab and now owns the outpatient clinic, Balanced Gait Physical Therapy PC in Commack, NY. Her facility focuses on clients with Neurological deficits including but not limited to PD , MS, CVA, GBS to name a few. Susan has been a PT for almost 20 years and is passionate about working with clients with PD. In addition to her <strong>PWR!</strong><em>Moves </em>certification, Susan is a Rock Steady Boxing Coach, certified in LSVT BIG, Urban poling, and is currently taking a course to become a Brain Health Trainer. Susan"s clinic in Commack. NY also provides Rock Steady Boxing classes in addition to PT. Her mission is to provide both Physical Therapy and Wellness programs to benefit the clients with PD.
