Walter Foster, CPT

Walter earned his PWR!Moves Certified Instructor credential in July 2019 and received his personal training certification from the World Instructor Training School in 2010. He is presently employed as a personal trainer at the Gateway YMCA in Union, NJ and the Westfield YMCA in Westfield, NJ. Walter has also taught group exercise at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ for patients after Bariatric Surgery.

I train older adult fitness, stoke victims after rehab, sport training for peak performance, cardio and resistance training for men and women, acceleration training with power plate technology.
